Daily Review and Commentary for June 25, 2008

Also, I begin the discussion of ‘how’ and ‘what’ to look for when closing out positions. This is an important discussion. It begins by assessing your ‘inventory’ of option contracts. This is a ‘business’ remember – so we look at our inventory each day to see where we making money and where we might have to wait … and finally how to take profits. It’s still pretty early in the trading cycle to start taking profits, but the habit of reviewing your inventory each day is a good habit to get into in this business.
