Before I become an aggressive buyer I am looking for 2 things:
1) The VIX reaching 77 or HIGHER
2) The DOW hitting 6400 to 6000 or LOWER
I will not be taking any action until these line up. I will likely buy UYG and URE. I do not like any individual stocks but if we go higher there must be bank and financial support and some relief in housing. That’s why I like UYG and URE.
